IGM Visit to ITB Bandung Indonesia

10–12 September 2025 – The Institute of Geology Malaysia (IGM) successfully hosted the IGM International Groundwater Conference (IIGC) 2025, bringing together renowned international experts, researchers, policymakers, and industry practitioners to exchange knowledge and strengthen collaboration on sustainable groundwater management, hydrogeology, and water resilience under the theme "Groundwater: For a Resilient Malaysia."

12 August 2025 – The Surface Water & Groundwater Seminar (SAPBS) 2025 was successfully held at Concorde Hotel Shah Alam through a collaboration between the Department of Minerals and Geoscience Malaysia (JMG), the Selangor Water Management Authority (LUAS), the Institute of Geology Malaysia (IGM), and Digital Geoscience Global (DGeG). The seminar brought together government agencies, industry professionals, and regulators to promote sustainable and integrated water resource management.
